I stayed here for 4 nights on a work trip and it was a great choice. Perfect location and for a small studio it was well equipped and thoughtfully designed. My only challenge was reaching the high cupboards as I am not very tall! The front desk were extremely helpful and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We had an amazing stay at Native Bankside! The location couldn't have been better. Just a short walk to iconic sights like the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Tate Modern and the vibrant Borough Market. Our apartment-style room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made a big difference. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the in-room washer/dryer, which made our stay feel just like home! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Hamza, who went above and beyond with helpful local tips and made our check-out process seamless. We highly recommend Native Bankside for anyone looking for a stylish, well-located, and welcoming place to stay in London!

The room was really nice and staff was friendly. Perfect location for seeing all of London and good amenities. A warning if you are traveling with a baby and plan to use the baby cot they provide - it is not safe for babies. The mattress on one was too small so the side had gaps, and they folded up a normal adult sheet on it, which is not safe sleep for a baby. Had to go out on my own and find a baby sheet the evening we got there in order for my daughter to sleep on it at all and there is nothing really in the immediate area for that so had to go 25 mins away after a long travel day. Probably better off just bringing your own.

We had an excellent stay at Native Bankside. It was ideally situated for us to go to the Globe Theatre, Borough Market and the Skygarden as well. The welcome was warm, friendly and efficient. Our accommodation was exceptionally clean and stylish, and my partner was touched by the birthday message and bottle of wine on the table too! Very comfortable and spacious bed, plenty of space for clothes and for bags. The room was very quiet with zero noise from either the street or other guests. The kitchen area was perfect with a great sized fridge and a dinky dishwasher too! My partner thought it would be ideal for coming down for his work in future. Very minor constructive feedback would be that the fancy lights were a bit confusing and we could have done with some instructions next to the wall switches, and also it was a bit of a hunt to find the separate light switch for the under cupboard light over the kitchen area, but we got there in the end! Oh, and we would have loved some Earl Grey tea bags for our morning cuppa, but again, a tiny quibble! The staff couldn't have been more kind and helpful, showing us where the lounge kitchen area was, in order to refill my water bottle before we headed home, and keeping our bags securely for a good part of the day after we had checked out, which meant we could enjoy our activities out, unencumbered by our luggage. A brilliant stay, highly recommended, and I'd be surprised if we didn't stay again in future.

This place is a short walk from Blackfriars Thameslink and across millennium bridge near St Pauls cathedral. Great location for exploring the city! Burroughs Market and Yard is also nearby with lots of places to choose from to shop and eat. Shakespeare's Globe is literally around the corner if you want to catch a local play. If you're interested in catching a Uber Boat the pier is also less than 5 minutes walk. The area is quiet and comfortable. If you have down days and want to watch TV, the TV provides only local channels, no Netflix, however, WiFi is strong and provided free of charge. The aparthotel provides a kitchenette sufficient for preparation of small meals, a combination washer/dryer, nice smelling toiletries. Some upkeep is needed as it relates to some broken things in room but when I complained they were very prompt and moved me as soon as possible. The front desk staff was polite and very nice. Overall a nice spot.

Bankside is in a great place for what we like to do. My first time, but my wife and daughter have been before. Great staff, they let us in early, and were very attentive to our needs. The room and service were excellent. We will be back, and tell our friends.

No notes, we had a beautiful time in our apartment. The staff were all courteous and professional, the room was clean and equipped generously. The location was incredible. Coffee, Food, the bankside pier right around the corner and even an M&S reasonably close, and still quiet… Unconditional recommendation.

I had a wonderful stay at these beautiful apartments. Reception Staff were very friendly and helpful. I did miss a dressing table and mirror for when I was getting ready, although I could have sat in the kitchen. The Bedroom was massive and could accommodate a small dresser. I will definitely stay again!
